About us If you’ve been hunting for a place in Bradford that fuses flavor, variety, and authenticity under one roof, Bradford Buffet on Thornton Road is hard to miss. Nestled at 516 Thornton Rd, Bradford BD8 9NA, this all-you-can-eat gem brings a vibrant mix of Pakistani-inspired dishes and global comfort food to the table-quite literally. Whether you're swinging by for a solo lunch or rounding up the crew for a dinner feast, Bradford Buffet serves up options that hit every craving, hot and fresh.
Right off the bat, the Tawa for 4 Persons is the crowd-puller. It’s a sizzling platter that comes loaded with an authentic Pakistani assortment-think Mix Grill, Chicken Wings, Roasted Chicken Leg, and a generous pile of Peppers and sauces. If you’ve got an appetite for flavor-packed meat, this one doesn’t hold back. For a smaller start, the Mix Starter is a solid intro into the spice game-crispy, juicy, and just the right amount of heat to get you going.
Fans of rice-based comfort food often gravitate toward the Mutton Pilao or Meat Pilau, both offering tender meat on fragrant rice that’s been cooked with just the right balance of spices. Pair that with a helping of Chana Chaat or something from their Salad Bar, and you’ve got a meal that’s both filling and flavorful. For those who lean vegetarian, dishes like Chicken Saag Chicken provide the best of both worlds-hearty and earthy with a creamy spinach base, balanced with juicy chunks of chicken.
When it comes to sides, Bradford Buffet keeps things classic. French Fries, Mix Sauces, and Coke Jug-they're simple but necessary add-ons for a laid-back dining experience. But don’t let the comfort food fool you; the real game-changer here is the variety. You’re not locked into one cuisine or taste profile. It’s buffet-style freedom with a South Asian soul.
Dessert here is far from an afterthought. The Gajar Halwa is rich and warm, a traditional carrot pudding with a hint of cardamom that feels like home. But the star of the sweet section? Without a doubt, the Ice Cream Gulab Jamun-soft, syrup-soaked dough balls paired with a scoop of cool, creamy ice cream. The Pistachio Ice Cream, Strawberry, and playful Bubblegum flavors bring nostalgic fun to the table for all ages.
Accessibility is another major plus. The venue features a wheelchair-accessible car park, entrance, seating, and toilet, making it inclusive and welcoming for all guests. Plus, with options to dine-in, order takeaway, or get delivery, Bradford Buffet flexes to fit your schedule-whether you're popping in after work or planning a family weekend treat.
For night owls and spontaneous foodies, the late-night service is a major win. This spot caters to those late cravings, especially with halal food offerings, quick bites, and fresh coffee on tap. You’ll notice that it's not just a popular pick for locals during lunch and dinner, but also a go-to for solo diners who want something hearty, fast, and satisfying without the fuss.
In the sea of Bradford dining spots, what sets Bradford Buffet apart isn’t just the variety or the volume-it’s the balance. It manages to be casual yet quality-focused, generous yet consistent. A place where you can walk in hungry and walk out with your taste buds high-fiving each other.

“A Great Dining Experience at Bradford Buffet I’ve visited Bradford Buffet a couple of times now and each visit has been a pleasure. The interior of the venue is stylish and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The food is consistently good with a variety of options that cater to different tastes, and the service has been nothing short of brilliant—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The only slight downside is the parking situation; it’s not very convenient and can be limited, especially during busy hours. However, once inside, the experience more than makes up for it. Overall, a fantastic spot for a quality buffet experience in Bradford. Definitely worth a visit!”
“We went last minute and although it was extremely busy the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very nice but I was disappointed with the sweet rice, it was a bit off but the halwa was nice. The masala fish and chicken tikka boti was flavoured and nice.”
“Best ifftar buffet so far.. so many choices of tasty food..(gajer halwa was so delicious) price wise it is really worthy. Staff was very friendly.. I definitely recommend”
“Lovely place to eat but some of the starts wasn’t fresh The seek kebab and roast chicken were microwaved and tasted very rubbery. Fresh kebabs, fresh fried fish pakora would help it score higher.”
“Overall the food was good curry was great chicken very dry, fish nice, kebabs nothing to rave about chops they was very tasty seemed more like wedding food to me. Staff very nice talkative and respectful . Food definitely came out piping hot they placed us near to the window at the back and the smell of fire was a little off putting outside in yard and also some flies around table that caused a little uproar with kids. Managed to get rid. Place itself very big nothing to shout loud about simple and reasonable. I guess the tawa is not worth paying 60.00 pounds 30.00 is fine for food. The half price deal should always be on as its not spectacular like I said decent food.”
